Submissions

Authors are invited to submit the following types of papers:

  • Regular Papers (12 pages, with up to 2 extra pages for a fee) that entail a complete study with novelty in method, a systematic performance analysis, and related interpretation.
  • Short Paper (8-9 pages) that describe either a novel method with initial testing, or a previously reported method but with new systematic analysis that yielded unique performance insights.
  • Poster Paper (4-5 pages) that either report the progress of a new method being developed, or a proof-of-concept demo of a new method.

The work should not have been presented or published or being considered for review or publication by other conferences or journals.

The paper should be formatted according to Springer LNCS - Lecture Notes in Computer Science format. The page limit for each paper type includes an abstract, all text, figures, tables and references.

The sessions will comprise invited keynote speakers, oral and poster presentations. Regular or short papers may have these two types of presentations. Poster papers will be presented as posters. Authors are invited to submit papers under the conference topics, addressing original research developments.

The conference proceedings are published by Springer in the Lecture Notes in Computer Science series (Springer LNCS). Authors should refer to the Author's Instructions on Springer's web site for more information on paper format and to download the style/template files. Authors must use the same instructions for their first submission, as well as for the camera-ready version upon acceptance of their papers. (Authors are not required to submit a copyright form with their first submission.)

Only electronic submission will be accepted through the conference paper submission web page. Please use only PDF format for the submitted paper. If your paper is accepted you will be asked to submit the source of the camera-ready version of your paper for inclusion in the conference proceedings. Acceptable formats for the source version are LaTeX and Microsoft Word (LaTeX is preferred), using Springer's style/template files.
