Accepted papers will be published in the ACM International Conference Proceedings（ISBN: 978-1-4503-8942-6）, which will be indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus, and submitted to be reviewed by Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index (ISI Web of Science).

Prof. Kai Hwang from Chinese University of Hong Kong of China，Prof. Yao Liang from Purdue University School of Science&Indiana University Purdue University of USA and Prof. Rajkumar Buyya from The University of Melbourne, Australia will be the keynote speakers.


The history of BDE conference:

BDE 2019 received submissions from all over the world and was successfully held in Hong Kong during June 11-13, 2019. BDE 2019 conference proceedings (ISBN: 978-1-4503-6091-3) is archived in the ACM Digital Library on August 8, 2019 and have been indexed by Ei Compendex, Scopus on November 1, 2019.
Due to COVID-19 situation，BDE 2020 was held online during May 29-31, 2020. BDE 2020 conference proceedings (ISBN: 978-1-4503-7722-5) is archived in the ACM Digital Library on July 5, 2020.
