Submission Process

Authors should submit an extended abstract reflecting new or advanced study, theory or application. Details of the required format and the submission process are available in the Author's Kit.

Participation by students is particularly encouraged �?? there is a reduced registration fee for students presenting their accepted papers (when accompanied by an advisor paying full registration fee).
Submission and Acceptance

Papers will be reviewed by the technical program committee for originality, clarity, and technical merit. Papers describing emergent technologies with potential for commercialization are encouraged. Accepted authors are required to assign copyright to IEEE. Papers will be published in the proceedings ONLY if at least one of the authors will register for the conference at the full registration fee.

    *      15 November 2007:   Notification of acceptance
