Accepted papers will be published in Conference Proceedings, which is indexed by EI Compendex, Scopus, Thomson Reuters (CPCI).

Prof. Xudong Jiang from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore and Prof. Yulin Wang from Wuhan University in China will be the keynote speakers.
