Call for Papers

Original technical papers that describe unpublished original research work and are not currently under review by any other conference or journal are solicited. It is expected that the same set of authors would submit no more than two papers. The papers must reach the conference secretariat within deadline. Papers must be presented in the conference to be published in IEEE-explore.

The suggested conference themes are given below. These themes indicate the scope of the conference but do not limit to actual themes.
