MNRC 2008 best paper awards are specifically dedicated to graduate students. In order to qualify for the awards, the papers must have a graduate student as the first author and be presented by a graduate student. Submissions will be accepted for both paper and oral presentations however only the oral presentations will compete for the following awards: �?� Top 10% will receive the GOLD LEAF Certificate ($1000) �?� 10-20% will receive the SILVER LEAF Certificate ($600) �?� 20-30% will receive the BRONZE LEAF Certificate ($400) All accepted papers will be published on IEEE Xplore and be awarded at the CMC Microsystems Annual Symposium, Wednesday, October 15, 2008 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Ottawa, ON Topics of interest include, but are not limited to: * Integrated Microsystems: Microelectronics, MEMS, Microfluidics, Photonics * Test, Verification, and Reliability * System Packaging & Integration * Nanoelectronics Materials and Devices * System-Level Design * RF, Digital, and Analog Circuit Design * Data and Signal Processing * Mixed-Signal SOC/ASIC/SIP * Low-Power Circuits and Systems * Sensory Systems and Multi-Sensor Integration * Simulation and Modeling * Biomedical Circuits, Systems and Applications * Memory
