The aim of the workshop is to present topical and innovative research utilizing intelligent context-aware computing technologies to address theoretical and practical issues in a diverse and heterogeneous range of application domains and systems which include (but not limited to): Ubiquitous Health Care, Ubiquitous Mobile Learning, Pervasive Emergency Management, Mobile Information Systems, Wireless and Networked Systems.

An important issue that impacts intelligent context is the design and development of a suitable database schema in a relational database schema capable of implementing RDF/S and OWL. The workshop is seeking research papers on database and knowledge management issues in context-aware systems.
