BIOTC 2021 information: 

Accepted papers will be published in the International Conference Proceedings Series by ACM and indexed by Ei Compendex and submitted to be reviewed by Scopus and Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index (CPCI).

The history of BIOTC conference:

BIOTC 2019 received submissions from all over the world and was successfully held in Okinawa, Japan during July 7-9, 2019. The 2019 conference proceedings was archived in the ACM Digital Library on August 16, 2019 and have been indexed by Ei Compendex, Scopus on November 20, 2019.
Due to COVID-19 situation，BIOTC 2020 was held online during July 8-10, 2020 and the conference proceedings was archived in the ACM Digital Library on August 26, 2020.
