LONDON ALGORITHMICS 2008: THEORY AND PRACTICE
A special issue dedicated to Maxime Crochemore's 60th birthday

The special issue will be published in the series:
Texts in Algorithmics by College Publications
http://www.collegepublications.co.uk/
Guest Editors: Joseph Chan, Jackie Daykin, and M. Sohel Rahman
The topics include, but are not limited to:
-Algorithms Design and Analysis
-Bioinformatics
-Combinatorial Optimization
-Computational Complexity
-Data Structures
-Discrete Mathematics
-Graph Theory and Combinatorics
-Stringology
Papers which are pure theory, theory supported by experimentation,
and applied research are encouraged. Submissions of extended versions of
conference papers are welcome. The submission should not exceed 20 pages.
All submitted papers will be refereed according to the usual
refereeing process.
Inclusion of this special issue in bibliographic databases is planned.
The preliminary schedule:
-Deadline for submission: End of May 2008
-Notification to authors: Late September 2008
-Submission of revised/final version: Late November 2008
Papers can be sent directly to any one of the guest editors.
