This annual workshop provides a unique forum in the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region for researchers and practitioners in the areas of VLSI design, test and fault tolerance to come together to discuss new research ideas and present new research results. This event will provide the only VLSI Design &Test-specific meeting in the MEA region. The nice thing about this workshop is that it will be moving around the countries of the MEA region, making the member countries benefit equally to the fullest extent. This year, the workshop will be held at Grand Hyatt Hotel in Cairo. Cairo is a special place in terms of industry, academia and tourism making it an ideal place.
