The International Journal of Intelligent Information Technology Application (IJIITA), a new broad-based journal, was founded on two key tenets: To publish the most exciting research in all areas of Neural networks and Applications,Machine Learning,Multimedia System and Applications ,Speech Processing,Image & video Signal Processing,Computer‐Aided Network Design ,Intelligent Robot,Intelligent Circuits and Systems,Industry Application, and Other Related Intelligent Infotmation Applications. Secondly, to provide the most rapid turn-around time possible for reviewing and publishing, and to disseminate the articles freely for teaching and reference purposes. All articles published in IJIITA are peer-reviewed. The International Journal of Intelligent Information Technology Application (IJIITA) (ISSN 1999-2459 ) is published bi monthly (one volume per year) by Engineering Technology Press. Types of paper Regular articles: These should describe new and carefully confirmed findings, and experimental procedures should be given in sufficient detail for others to verify the work. The length of a full paper should be the minimum required to describe and interpret the work clearly. Short Communications: A Short Communication is suitable for recording the results of complete small investigations on Intelligent Information Technology Application. Minireview: Submissions of mini-reviews and perspectives covering topics of current interest are welcome and encouraged. Mini-reviews are also peer-reviewed.
