   The committee is seeking contributions in three distinct areas:

    * Tutorials in Arabic, where Arabic speaking experts present their field of expertise in Arabic.
    * Research Papers describing research advances in computer systems and their applications in Arabic.
    * Experience Papers, where experts present their experience with using Arabic in research, education, or scientific communication.

The conference will also host:

    * Exhibits/ Tools demos, where research and development organizations present their products that support the practice of CS in Arabic.
    * Workshop Panel, which will be organized at the end of the conference to decide on the goals,  objectives and the outcomes of the conference to be pursued in future conferences.  The panel will also discuss problems in using the Arabic language around the world, and how to support and expand such workshops.

All submissions must be in Arabic, must be typed in MS Word, using 12pt New Roman Font, and must not exceed 15 pages.  The Proceedings will be published by Phillips Publishing and distributed at the conference.  Also, the best papers at the conference will be selected for possible publication in a special issue of the Journal of Computer Science and Engineering, in Arabic  (http://www.phillips-publishing.com/jcsea/).
